Filomena "Fanny" Merola was born 7 August 1902 in Manhattan, New York.
On 22 December 1921 Fanny, my grandmother Mary's sister, married Giglio Scovotti, my Grandfather Rosario's brother and they had four children:
Grace, Rose, Jeanette and Giglio Jr.
Grace and her first husband Walter have one daughter, Karen. Grace and her second husband Joseph have six children: Robert, Lisa, David, Dennis, Denise and
Barbara. David, Dennis and Denise are triplets. I think they are the first in the family! Rose and her husband Walter have three children: Walter Jr.,
Bruce and Glenn. Jeanette and Giglio Jr. have no descendants.
